How to make a superfood Popsicle to keep kids healthy and lean. It is not easy today to encourage kids to eat green foods. Today kids can put on alot of weight before they get to grow up and that will make it more challenging to stay healthy and lean later in life.

Alejandro, Isabella, Lucas and mom had the idea to make cold Popsicle's with our BGW green juices and smoothies - a great way to get a dose of healthy yummy greens and some plant energy before we head out to play beach soccer.
